Description

Lead enterprise ServiceNow implementations, owning end-to-end delivery from design to release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple end-to-end implementations, covering greenfield and transformation projects.
• Design and govern the CMDB, including discovery and service mapping at scale.
• Establish performance analytics, reporting strategy, and operational dashboards.
• Apply software delivery practices, including Agile, CI/CD concepts, testing, and release management.
• Influence technical and non-technical stakeholders through expert communication.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years in a lead architect or technical lead role for enterprise ServiceNow programs.
• Expert knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile and CI/CD concepts.
• Experience with at least one of: ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, SPM, or FSM.
• Experience designing CMDB governance and service mapping.
• Background in requirements facilitation and delivery governance.
• Certifications including CSA, CIS, or CTA.
