Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, and Customer Service Management domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-level workspace experiences and scalable technical solutions using UI Builder, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
• Lead end-to-end architecture for complex integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, Mid Servers, and Integration Hub.
• Customize and maintain ITSM modules following ITIL standards, including role-based access control, SLAs, and compliance workflows.
• Enforce platform governance, development lifecycle processes, and automated testing using the Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and manage code promotions across environments following change management protocols.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Developer.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Script Includes, and Business Rules.
• Proven experience implementing ITSM, ITAM, and CSM modules.
• Strong background in designing and maintaining REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and custom application development.
• Knowledge of Automated Test Framework (ATF) for ensuring code quality and platform stability.
