Description

You will lead ServiceNow architecture and implementation for complex ITOM, Telecom Service Management, and Order Management environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions using ITOM and Telecom Service Management modules.
• Develop and maintain integrations using JavaScript, AngularJS, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Ensure system stability and performance across order management workflows.
• Communicate technical requirements and architectural decisions to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Active certifications: CSA, CAD, and CIS.
• Strong knowledge of TM Forum standards and frameworks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and AngularJS for UI development.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integration patterns.
• Demonstrated expertise in ITOM, Telecom Service Management, and Order Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale enterprise deployments.
• Background in telecommunications industry.
