Description

Lead the design and architectural direction of the ServiceNow platform to meet complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
• Assess instance health regarding performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security through ServiceNow Health Scans.
• Establish configuration and coding standards and support the remediation of configurations that deviate from best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure successful project execution.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and design.
• Deep expertise in ITSM.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB and ITOM.
• Proven ability to design and implement custom applications and complex integrations.
• Experience developing platform operating models to drive end-user adoption.
• Ability to conduct technical evaluations of demands against platform capabilities and architecture.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow implementation best practices and platform-wide solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Health Scans and remediation strategies.
