Description

You will design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow platform solutions based on client business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and map client business requirements to platform solution options and integration needs.
• Lead scoping and design workshops to ensure thorough documentation of all requirements.
• Provide hands-on configuration, development, and integration services while serving in a delivery assurance capacity.
• Mentor implementation teams and provide expert-level technical support.
• Plan and coordinate all testing phases, including test acceptance and remediation cycles.

Required Skills

• Over 10 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Deep experience with the ServiceNow platform and its full range of products.
• Proven background as a ServiceNow developer.
• Experience in requirements gathering, scoping, configuration, and development.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work under pressure.
• Strong presentation skills for executive briefings and stakeholder management.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.
