Description

You will design, architect, and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Asset Management. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow platforms, ensuring optimal configuration, security, and performance.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, documenting processes to guide platform development.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, reports, and integrations using JavaScript, Glide, and APIs.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure instance health and adherence to ITIL best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on ServiceNow modules and ITIL methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a senior technical role.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Asset Management modules.
• Proficiency in Discovery, Service Mapping, IRE, LDAP, Import Sets, Notifications, Events, and ACLs.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide, with experience in API integrations and web services.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and CSDM (Common Service Data Model).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications such as CIS, CAD, or CSA.
• Experience with Service Portal customization.
