Description

Design and drive the implementation of ServiceNow CSM integrations with external systems and internal modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural solutions for complex business problems, aligning with Telecom Enterprise Architecture.
• Lead development and customization of ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules.
• Optimize the ServiceNow data model and enforce coding standards across development teams.
• Implement architectural governance, standards, and metrics to monitor platform health.
• Investigate change requests to estimate work scale, timeframes, and required inputs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing complex systems integrating ServiceNow with Telecom Enterprise Architecture.
• 5+ implementations of ServiceNow CSM, TSM, ITSM, and UI Builder.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow CSM platform capabilities and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Integration, Transform Maps, and REST API Explorer.
• Proficiency with Workspace, Dashboards, and UI Builder.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, design, and ServiceNow platform delivery.
• Experience with Performance Analysis and Health Checks.
• Knowledge of system design life cycle models and cloud computing architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and ambiguous technical requirements.
