Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications across on-premises and cloud-native environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver architecture solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices to meet stakeholder objectives.
• Develop and maintain application code and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Assess and evaluate enhancements against platform architecture and capabilities.
• Define and document SDLC, architecture, design, and coding standards.
• Mentor developers on architecture and coding best practices.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in the ServiceNow platform.
• Minimum 3 years of experience specifically as a ServiceNow Solution Architect.
• 2+ years of solution experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Integrations.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, AJAX, CSS, and JSON.
• Excellent understanding of CSDM 4.0, ServiceNow CMDB structure, UI/UX, and ITAM.
• Proven experience in large, cross-functional, or matrix environments.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile project delivery methodologies.
