Description

Architect and lead the ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) strategy, owning the end-to-end architecture and governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end ITOM architecture, including the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), IRE rules, and relationship frameworks.
• Drive hands-on design of MID Servers, Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and credentials.
• Enforce development standards, best practices, and out-of-the-box (OOTB) approaches to minimize customizations.
• Support sales activities by scoping efforts, providing technical estimations, and designing solutions.
• Lead CMDB architecture and governance to ensure data integrity and service mapping accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience in ServiceNow, with deep expertise in ITOM.
• Proven experience defining ITOM strategy and architecture.
• Ability to lead CMDB architecture and governance initiatives.
• Proficiency in designing complex integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and external tools.
• Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
