Description

You will architect and deliver solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem, owning the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, scoping, and design workshops, ensuring detailed documentation.
• Deliver hands-on configuration, development, and integration services while assuring delivery quality.
• Plan and oversee all testing phases, designing test artifacts and leading remediation.
• Develop business cases and conduct Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements for prospects.
• Provide expert technical support and mentor implementation teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• Deep experience and accreditation across the full range of ServiceNow products.
• Expert knowledge of ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
• Proven background and experience as a developer.
• Experience defining and documenting Business Requirements.
• Ability to develop and present technical Intellectual Property.
• Proficiency in mentoring technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-pressure campaigns simultaneously.
