Description

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, specifically focusing on Now Assist and Agentic AI capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design technical architectures, solution diagrams, and implementation roadmaps based on business requirements.
• Drive AI-enabled integrations across upstream and downstream systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Create user stories with functional requirements and clear acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Oversee platform work including mid-server configuration, API integrations, and platform extensions.
• Manage onsite-offshore delivery models by coordinating offshore development teams and collaborating with clients.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and platform leadership.
• Proven expertise implementing ServiceNow Now Assist and Agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in ServiceNow Architecture.
• Experience with Agentic AI technologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
