Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations tailored to business and IT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect new ServiceNow application implementations and enhancements for existing applications.
• Translate customer business and IT requirements into technical solutions and functional specifications.
• Lead ServiceNow deployments, third-party integrations, orchestration, and instance merging projects.
• Manage ITSM migrations, consolidations, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical thought-leadership and mentorship to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs align with security, audit compliance, and customer policy standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical leadership or architecture roles.
• Proven experience leading full ServiceNow implementation lifecycles within the ITSM area.
• Expertise in ServiceNow custom application design, development, and architecture-level configurations.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL process definition and industry standards.
• Experience with integration solutions and connecting ServiceNow with third-party tools.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
• Ability to manage customer requirements, risks, and stakeholder conflicts through clear communication.

Preferred Skills

• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow SecOps, GRC, CSM, or ITBM modules.
• Experience evaluating tool stability, performance, and infrastructure maintenance strategies.
