Description

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow applications to meet business and IT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect new ServiceNow implementations and custom applications based on baseline requirements.
• Manage the maintenance, enhancement, and upgrade of existing ServiceNow applications.
• Translate customer business needs into technical and functional requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on implementation and testing methodologies.
• Ensure all solutions align with security, audit compliance, and customer policies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience, including roles as a Senior Technical Lead or Architect.
• Proven experience leading multiple ITSM implementation projects and a full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle.
• Expertise in ServiceNow custom application design, development, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with third-party tool integrations, orchestration, and merging multiple instances.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL process definition and ITSM migrations or consolidations.
• Experience managing support, maintenance, migrations, and platform upgrades.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification.

Preferred Skills

• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification.
• Knowledge of SecOps, GRC, CSM, or ITBM modules.
