Description

You will design and implement ServiceNow solutions and data governance policies across multiple data domains. You own the architecture of the ServiceNow AUDIT module and manage instance health through patching, monitoring, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and roll out data governance policies supporting various data domains.
• Architect the ServiceNow AUDIT module to ensure compliance and traceability.
• Develop applications using App Creator, Studio, and ES5/ECMAScript.
• Configure and maintain Mid Server, LDAP, SSO, and Flow Designer integrations.
• Manage ServiceNow instances through patching, monitoring, and report generation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Architect or Engineering experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST.
• Hands-on experience with Service Catalog, App Engine Studio, and Service Portal.
• Deep understanding of client and server APIs.
• Expertise in scripting Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, and UI Pages.
• Experience with Flow Designer and integration technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
