Description

Define end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design workshops with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Architect and review integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Design data models, CMDB strategies, service mapping approaches, and automation frameworks.
• Conduct solution reviews, code reviews, and architecture governance checkpoints.
• Guide platform performance optimization, upgrade planning, and instance strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, SecOps, or GRC.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Proficiency in Flow Designer, Workflow, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, Service Portal, and UI Builder.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale integrations and complex workflows.
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Service Management frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent advanced certification.
