Description

Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and IT requirements.
Lead implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, and Service Catalog.
Define platform architecture, governance standards, and best practices.
Design integrations with enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
Oversee CMDB strategy, data governance, and platform performance.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
Ensure platform security, compliance, upgrade readiness, and operational excellence.
Required Skills:
Strong ServiceNow platform architecture and development experience.
Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and ServiceNow best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
