Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and IT requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, and Service Catalog.
• Define platform architecture, governance standards, and best practices for enterprise solutions.
• Design integrations with enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Oversee CMDB strategy, data governance, and platform performance to ensure operational excellence.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of strong ServiceNow platform architecture and development experience.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Proficiency in designing REST/SOAP APIs and managing MID Server integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
