Description

You will architect and design ServiceNow HRSD solutions, leading technical teams through implementation and operations while engaging with executive stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design ServiceNow HRSD solutions for employee, manager, and HR functionality.
• Lead technical teams through the implementation and ongoing operations of HRSD solutions.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to establish strategic roadmaps and provide technical thought leadership.
• Develop business cases and contribute to business development opportunities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Expertise in ServiceNow HRSD.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
• Experience with Cornerstone On Demand.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with HRIS ecosystems.
