ServiceNow Architect

You will lead the architectural design and implementation of the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, APM, HRSD, IRM, BCM, and IT Asset Management.
• Manage system administration, upgrades, and plugin activation including license dependency analysis.
• Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate technical approaches.
• Partner with business and product owners to develop technical roadmaps.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on story backlogs and delivery schedules.
• Establish governance models and identify process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Architect level experience.
• Deep expertise in ITSM and ITOM (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management).
• Hands-on experience with APM, HRSD, IRM, and BCM modules.
• Experience managing ServiceNow system upgrades and related activities.
• Practical knowledge of ServiceNow licenses and plugin dependencies.
• Experience implementing various integrations and APIs.
• Familiarity with DevOps workflows and backlog management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
