Description

You will lead the architectural design and implementation of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring technical roadmaps align with business and product owner goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, APM, HRSD, IRM, BCM, and IT Asset Management.
• Manage system administration, upgrades, and plugin activation, including license dependency analysis.
• Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate technical approaches and drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on story backlogs, delivery schedules, and integration workflows.
• Establish governance models and identify process improvements to enhance platform reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Architect-level experience.
• Deep expertise in ITSM and ITOM, including CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management.
• Hands-on experience with APM, HRSD, IRM, and BCM modules.
• Practical knowledge of ServiceNow licenses, plugin dependencies, and system upgrades.
• Experience implementing various integrations and APIs within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Familiarity with DevOps workflows and backlog management practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
