Description

You will design and oversee the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring robust governance and efficient delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute POCs to validate technical solutions.
• Partner with business and product owners to develop technical roadmaps.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage story backlogs and delivery schedules.
• Establish governance models and identify process improvements.
• Manage system upgrades, administration, and plugin activation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and administration.
• Deep expertise in ITSM and ITOM, including CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management.
• Hands-on experience with APM, HRSD, IRM, and BCM modules.
• Proficiency in IT Asset Management.
• Experience managing various integrations and APIs.
• Understanding of ServiceNow licensing and plugin dependencies.
• Experience managing system upgrade activities.
• Any graduate degree.
