Description

Design and implement end-to-end technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to address complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
• Develop custom applications and UI components using JavaScript, GlideScript, and AngularJS.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems via REST and SOAP web services.
• Design data transformation and ETL processes for platform data management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional IT experience, including 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and AngularJS for scripting and widget creation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services for system integration.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap for portal customization.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and practices.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases for querying and reporting.
• Familiarity with Git version control systems.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
• Experience with Python, Java, C#, or Ruby.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
