Description

You will lead the design and technical strategy for ServiceNow platform implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design the overall system architecture and create detailed implementation plans.
• Own all technical aspects of the system to support digital transformation.
• Direct the technical strategy and procedures for moving systems into production.
• Manage the programming team through code reviews and quality controls.
• Advise on technical strategies and leverage CoE best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience delivering solutions and transformations.
• Expertise in ServiceNow, system design, and architecture.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, life sciences, transport, or services.
• Ability to translate technology trends into business model impacts.
• Strong sales skills and relationship management capabilities.
• Minimum B1 proficiency in both German and English.
• University degree in business administration or a related field.
• Willingness to travel.
