Description

You will serve as a ServiceNow Architect supporting an established platform across multiple intersecting projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work adheres to established architectural guidelines in collaboration with another architect and technical product owners.
• Consult with development teams on complex technical challenges.
• Create and maintain documentation for all system changes.
• Guide teams through integration processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
• 3+ years of experience in an Architect role.
• Demonstrated experience in at least three of the following modules: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, CMDB/CSDM.
• Experience designing and implementing system integrations.
• Proficiency in creating and enforcing data governance standards and architectural guidelines.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
