ServiceNow Architect

You will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across heterogeneous IT and non-IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions for infrastructure management services.
• Manage full-lifecycle ServiceNow implementations from scratch.
• Lead project management, process consulting, and tool integrations.
• Implement ITSM processes within complex organizational structures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation from the ground up.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and ITBM modules.
• ITIL certification and practical experience with ITSM process implementation.
• Experience designing solutions for heterogeneous environments.
• Background in infrastructure management services.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AutoDesk 3ds Max or ARCHICAD.
