Description

Architect and implement enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions covering ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CMDB. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable ServiceNow architectures and enforce platform integrity.
• Manage integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth2, and JWT with AWS and Azure.
• Configure Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes based on ITIL frameworks.
• Govern platform updates, version control, and deployment compliance.
• Optimize CMDB structure and adherence to Common Services Data Model (CSDM).

Required Skills

• 5+ years hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Minimum 3 years in a lead or architect role focused on ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CMDB configuration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Business Rules scripting.
• Deep knowledge of the Common Services Data Model (CSDM).
• Extensive experience with REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, and MID Server integrations.
• Practical experience with agile methodologies for large-scale implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud technologies including AWS and Azure integration patterns.
