Responsibilities
- Lead development and delivery of ITSM / ITOM solutions in client settings.
- Consult with clients, translating technical strategies into business outcomes and vice versa.
- Interpret and strategize on complex business processes and technical concepts.
- Drive large-scale transformations using ServiceNow platforms.
Required Skills
- 11+ years of relevant experience.
- Expert proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and ITOM/CMDB.
- Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow integration solutions and relevant technologies.
- Ability to influence and consult with stakeholders.
- Must hold ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect certification.
- Must hold ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM) and at least one other CIS certification.
