You will design and lead the delivery of complex ITSM and ITOM solutions within client environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and delivery of ITSM / ITOM solutions in client settings.
  • Consult with clients, translating technical strategies into business outcomes and vice versa.
  • Interpret and strategize on complex business processes and technical concepts.
  • Drive large-scale transformations using ServiceNow platforms.

Required Skills

  • 11+ years of relevant experience.
  • Expert proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and ITOM/CMDB.
  • Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow integration solutions and relevant technologies.
  • Ability to influence and consult with stakeholders.
  • Must hold ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect certification.
  • Must hold ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM) and at least one other CIS certification.
