Description

Architect and manage complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems. Own the full integration lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop REST/SOAP API integrations using JSON, Middleware, LDAP, SSO, and JDBC.
• Configure and manage Integration Hub, MID Servers, Import/Export Sets, IDR, Remote Tables, and Remote Processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with Workday, Azure AD, SCCM, Splunk, and SAP, ensuring data integrity through mapping and validation.
• Implement secure authentication methods including OAuth, Basic Authentication, and certificates.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow integration projects.
• Expertise in REST/SOAP web services and API design.
• Hands-on experience with Middleware, LDAP, SSO, and JDBC connectivity.
• Proven track record integrating ServiceNow with ERP, HRMS, and enterprise platforms.
• Strong skills in data mapping, transformation logic, and security practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
