Good to Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow MID Servers, Automated Test Framework, Instance Scan/Health Scan reports, Performance dashboards, Process mining tools, Source control systems like Git, SPM modules, Platform Intelligence, and Reporting tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build custom applications, modules, and Scoped Apps utilizing JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs.
• Develop and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, UI actions, and Self-Service Portals.
• Perform peer code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and manage update sets within SAFe/Agile cycles.
• Configure and maintain third-party system integrations leveraging ServiceNow Integration Hub and MID Servers.
• Support L2/L3 incident resolution and analyze platform performance using Instance Scan/Health Scan reports.
• Create and manage custom reporting structures, performance dashboards, and process mining tools to document technical specifications.
• Write automated testing scripts using the Automated Test Framework to ensure quality assurance.
• Assist with technical enhancements and platform operations support for improved functionality and stability.

Experience Required: 5+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and troubleshooting. Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development framework required
