Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
• Define ITSM workflows, service catalogs, and platform configurations.
• Develop CMDB data models and service relationships.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure ServiceNow best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Provide technical guidance for ServiceNow implementations and releases.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and governance.

Experience Required:

• 9-15 years of experience in ServiceNow and ITSM.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
• Experience with ITSM processes, workflows, and ServiceNow configuration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation and release management.
• Knowledge of CMDB design and configuration is an added advantage.
