Description

You will design and implement technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet complex business requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to design and oversee the development of ServiceNow applications.
• Implement and support ServiceNow architectures following design and deployment best practices.
• Build and manage integrations using REST, SOAP, and third-party web services.
• Support Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions for end-users.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HR, CSM, and SAM.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Proven track record with ServiceNow Flow Designer and both OOB and custom integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• ServiceNow Developer certification.
