Description

You will design, build, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations, ensuring platform stability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build custom applications, modules, and Scoped Apps using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and Self-Service Portals.
• Develop and maintain third-party integrations via Integration Hub and MID Servers.
• Manage L2/L3 incident resolution and optimize platform performance using Instance Scan reports.
• Write automated test scripts and participate in peer code reviews within Agile cycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide APIs.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and ITOM.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Automated Test Framework, Process Mining tools, and Git.
• Familiarity with SPM modules, Platform Intelligence, and performance dashboards.
• Knowledge of Source control systems and reporting tools.
