Description

Design and lead the technical roadmap for the ServiceNow platform to align with business and IT strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall ServiceNow architecture and technical roadmap.
• Design and implement scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and other platform modules.
• Lead and mentor developers and administrators on design patterns and architectural principles.
• Establish architectural standards and conduct reviews to ensure performance, security, and scalability.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other healthcare systems to ensure data flow and interoperability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and design, specifically with large-scale healthcare implementations.
• ServiceNow certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Deep knowledge of ITIL processes, ITSM, and ITOM within a healthcare context.
• Expertise in ServiceNow configuration, customization, scripting, and integration.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles and HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations from conception through deployment.
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics or HR Service Delivery.
• Knowledge of healthcare IT standards such as HL7, FHIR, and Meaningful Use.
• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes.
