Description

Design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes across a global ServiceNow landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
• Lead technical governance boards and solution reviews.
• Define coding standards and lead platform upgrades and health scans.
• Develop and support custom applications, including Service Portal design and migration.
• Configure and develop Virtual Agent and ServiceNow Mobile app functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Active CTA or CMA certification is mandatory.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Email Inbound.
• Advanced knowledge of CSDM and CMDB.
• Hands-on experience with Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
• Proficiency in REST and SOAP integrations, including scripted API creation.
• Experience with at least three modules: ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, or ITBM.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of App Engine, Performance Analytics, and Service Portal.
• Ability to manage data, security, and SLAs within a multi-instance environment.
