Description

You will design and implement ITSM solutions, deploying and configuring advanced ServiceNow modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ITSM solutions following industry best practices.
• Deploy and configure at least one advanced ServiceNow module (ITOM, ITBM, GRC, CSM, or HRSD).
• Apply specific expertise in module implementation to deliver robust IT service management platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience implementing ITSM solutions.
• Expertise in ServiceNow module implementation.
• Specific experience with ITOM.
• Specific experience with ITBM.
• Specific experience with GRC.
• Specific experience with CSM.
• Specific experience with HRSD.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
