Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and technical direction of the ServiceNow platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow engineers, providing technical guidance and expertise.
• Own ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, customization, upgrades, and patching.
• Manage integration and migration projects, including third-party tool integrations via REST.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for ITSM module issues.
• Configure ServiceNow DevOps and Change Velocity to automate change requests from CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform architecture.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Custom Applications, and Reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Hands-on experience with UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Strong knowledge of Integration Hub, Workflows, and Service Portal.
• Experience with ServiceNow DevOps, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party orchestration toolchains.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications including CSA, CAD, or Implementation Specialist.
