Description

Lead the design of technology and data structures to support ITSM practice and business objectives in New York, NY.

Responsibilities

• Design the ServiceNow platform, including data models (CSDM) and integrations with infrastructure and data feeds.
• Develop and maintain architectural artifacts, including current state, target state, and transitional roadmaps.
• Govern design choices across process and technical teams to ensure alignment with business strategy and technical principles.
• Partner with the ServiceNow development team to oversee implementation and drive continuous improvement toward the target state.
• Manage data architecture for analytics and reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience scoping and designing complex ServiceNow projects.
• Mandatory experience with ServiceNow CMDB.
• Strong understanding of CSDM, CMDB, and data taxonomies such as TBM.
• Proven experience in IT asset management, specifically hardware, software, and licensing.
• In-depth knowledge of software licensing models, terms, and conditions.
• Experience interpreting contractual language and working with Procurement and Legal teams.
• Required certifications: IAITAAM, CSAM, or CITAM.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Qualys or SolarWinds.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and frameworks.
