You will design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on ITOM and CMDB.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions centered on ITOM and CMDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive implementation and system optimization.
• Provide technical leadership while performing hands-on development and configuration.
• Maintain data integrity, system integration, and platform performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Deep specialization in ServiceNow ITOM.
• Expertise in ServiceNow CMDB.
• Proven ability to work in both strategic and technical capacities.
• Experience managing stakeholders and communicating technical requirements.
• Must be located in Philadelphia or the Tri-State area.
• Any Graduate degree.
