Description

Lead technical deliveries and architect ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITOM and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Own ServiceNow technical deliveries, including design, development, and deployment.
• Mentor and train team members on ServiceNow best practices.
• Design complex integrations and custom applications.
• Define configuration management processes, including CMDB and Discovery troubleshooting.
• Manage complex data migrations and create integration architectures.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist & Admin certification.
• Extensive experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, CMDB, Knowledge, Asset, and CMS modules.
• Hands-on experience with Mobility, Discovery, and Orchestration.
• Strong JavaScript skills for ServiceNow development.
• Deep understanding of ITIL processes and configuration management.
• Proficiency in LDAP integration.
• Ability to create customer reports, dashboards, and foundation data templates.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java and related web technologies.
• Exposure to PPM, SDLC, Financial Management, Demand Management, and Service Watch.
