Description

You will lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow transformation, acting as the technical platform owner and trusted advisor to drive adoption and measurable business value.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own client adoption roadmaps tied to cost reduction, automation, and risk mitigation across enterprise ServiceNow platforms.
• Architect end-to-end solutions spanning ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD, SPM, and App Engine with a focus on scalability and security.
• Guide delivery teams through design reviews and platform governance to translate architecture into high-quality, maintainable solutions.
• Lead technical discovery workshops, current state assessments, and future state design, owning decisions on integrations, CMDB/CSDM alignment, and API strategy.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish operating models, conduct health assessments, and leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities like Now Assist to enhance ROI.

Required Skills

• Active ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, consulting, or large-scale platform implementations.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end ServiceNow programs across four or more modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps).
• Deep knowledge of CMDB and CSDM frameworks, integration patterns, and modern cloud application design.
• Experience establishing platform governance models and communicating with C-level executives.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• Preferred: Minimum of two CIS certifications.
