Description

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to solve complex business challenges and drive digital transformation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into architectural blueprints and detailed functional design documents.
• Assess current systems architecture and recommend improvements to reduce technical debt.
• Establish and manage technical governance to ensure instance health and platform stability.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, validate solutions, and present designs to stakeholders.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to platform leading practices and standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• 13+ years of total IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules.
• Proven experience working with CSM and FSM workflows.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Verified Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Experience managing customer and stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in professional consultancy.
