You will design and implement infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management and ITSM.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Oversee integration of ServiceNow ITSM with existing systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team on ServiceNow tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor and optimize ServiceNow application performance for high availability and reliability.

• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management.
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and integration with other systems.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable, secure infrastructure solutions.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving ServiceNow application issues.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for stakeholder management.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management.
