Description

You will design and implement complex ServiceNow architectures and integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Lead design reviews and propose architectural improvements to the platform.
• Develop custom widgets, script includes, and client scripts.
• Automate workflows across ITSM and CSM modules.
• Implement DevOps practices and follow Agile methodology.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and architecture experience.
• 8+ years of total IT experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and JSON.
• Experience with ServiceNow Portal, widgets, script includes, and client scripts.
• Knowledge of MID Server and PowerShell.
• Experience with ITSM and CSM modules.
• Any Graduate degree.
