Lead ServiceNow solution design, development, and strategy as the primary architect for the platform.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead ServiceNow solution design, development, and strategic planning.
• Implement ITOM, Service Mapping, and Discovery capabilities.
• Guide the development team with best practices, governance, and technical thought leadership.
• Develop and maintain integrations using JavaScript, Web Services, and LDAP.
• Optimize ServiceNow performance and ensure system reliability.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in IT or related fields.
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, Service Mapping, and Discovery.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow development.
• Experience with Web Services and LDAP integrations.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as SolarWinds.
• Proven track record in performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
