Description

Lead end-to-end architecture and design for enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Architect and optimize core ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and Service Catalog.
• Design and oversee integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and event-based methods.
• Establish and enforce ServiceNow governance, standards, and best practices.
• Mentor developers, admins, and junior architects as technical lead.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years hands-on on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect delivering enterprise-scale implementations.
• Expertise across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and Service Catalog modules.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, workflow automation, and data modeling.
• Solid experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, and MID Server.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
