Responsibilities

• Oversee the configuration management database (CMDB) on the ServiceNow platform.
• Architect solutions to optimize IT asset management processes.
• Implement ServiceNow CMDB solutions to meet specific business requirements.
• Manage ServiceNow platform administration and configuration.
• Apply IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow platform administration and configuration.
• Strong understanding of configuration management databases (CMDB).
• Deep knowledge of IT asset management.
• Proficiency in IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
• Ability to architect and implement technical solutions within ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Administration certification.
