Description

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and custom modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customization, configuration, and hands-on development for workflows, App Engine, and ITIL processes.
• Architect and manage integrations with LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, APIs, and enterprise monitoring systems.
• Ensure platform governance, security, compliance, and system optimization during upgrades.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and advise stakeholders on solutions and documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and custom applications.
• Deep knowledge of CMDB design, the ServiceNow CMDB model, and the CSDM framework.
• Hands-on experience with scripting in JavaScript, PowerShell, Perl, and Python.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
• Experience with SNMP, WMI, and SSH scripting environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
