You will design and implement HR solutions within ServiceNow.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement the ServiceNow HRSD module.
• Design scalable HR workflows and solutions.
• Manage HR Case Management implementation.
• Deliver hands-on configuration for ServiceNow platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Expertise in configuring ServiceNow applications.
• Strong experience with the ServiceNow HRSD module.
• Proven experience implementing HR Case Management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other ServiceNow modules beyond HRSD.
• Background in HR process optimization.
