Description

Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain incident, problem, and change management modules, ensuring alignment with ITSM processes.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including tables, fields, forms, workflows, and the Service Catalog.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and groups, enforcing strict access controls and permissions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and applications to streamline data flow.
• Create and customize reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an enterprise IT environment supporting hardware, software, or enterprise applications.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a ServiceNow architect, administrator, or similar role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and creating incident, problem, and change management modules in ServiceNow.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing user accounts, roles, and groups, and enforcing access controls.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience with ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience architecting the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with performance tuning, optimizing platform scalability, and executing platform upgrades.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications in ITSM or Service Catalog.
