Drive solution design and technical implementation for ServiceNow HRSD platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define solution blueprints and ensure architectural compliance across ServiceNow implementations.
• Design and implement solutions using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Scoped Apps.
• Develop HR-specific components including HR Case Management, Knowledge, and Employee Center.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Oversee portal customization, UI policies, client scripts, and business rule implementation.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of total professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• 4+ years focused specifically on HRSD implementations.
• Hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Knowledge, and Employee Center.
• Strong expertise in HR data models, role-based security, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Proven integration experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HR systems.
• Proficiency with Agile and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience with ServiceNow UI customization (UI policies, client scripts, business rules).
